I've been going here almost a year and I can't say I'm all too pleased with it. I keep having issues with prescription medication, and the receptionist is always dismissive and curt. I have now had to go several days without my medication which is incredibly uncomfortable and when I called today after asking for it to be refilled several days ago I was told that I should have multiple refills. Some thing that the pharmacy confirmed, as I suspected, was incorrect.

Dr. Hadi is actually really nice, but the only reason I am writing this is because this was the second time I went there for something, the last time I went the doctor said that as I was on antibiotics so it was better for me to come back on a different day. I was there at 11:00am today and before going there I had called them at 9:13am but no one answered, so I thought I could just walk in but after getting there I was informed that I needed an appointment. I had called earlier for the exact same reason but no one bothered to answer and then I was being told to come back like all of this was my fault?? Really disappointed with the experience.

Where to begin?!?! Let me start by saying I am extremely hesitant when it comes to finding a reliable, trusting doctor and very skeptical due to suffering from severe anxiety.

I have known Dr. Hadi since his first location in Queens NY. Over the years, I have been to several - if not all of his facilities...

I was in a terrible car accident in 2016 as a result of a drunk driver, ending in several back injuries on top of scoliosis. I was referred to SO many doctors, none of which could ever be compared to Dr. Hadi and his staff.

I now primarily see him in his Long Beach location due to my full time job. From his years of knowledge and experience, Dr. Hadi has helped me tremendously in so many ways. He has not only helped me medically, but has always been a source of guidance and light through out the years. He and his staff will go above and beyond to help accommodate any situation you may be facing... Dr. Haque is also absolutely outstanding to say the least.

If you are looking for a doctor that genuinely cares, and will go to the furthest extent possible to help you in any and all circumstances, truly look no further.

When going to one of my appointments (regardless of getting injections in my back) I actually look forward it! And I can confidently say there is no other doctor out there who has made me feel that comfortable... He takes his time, genuinely listens to your concerns, and will come up with a plan that best suits your needs from now to the future.

I can honestly say there is no other doctors care that can compare for me, or that I would ever want to be under.

Thank you SO much to Dr. Hadi & staff, you have truly become like family to me! My family and I could not appreciate you more! Happy holidays & new year! 🙂

I have been seeing Dr. Haque for over 5 years now I’ve had 3 surgeries and he has taken care of pain management aspect of my issues. Dr. Haque is probably one of the best drs that I’ve ever seen as a specialist. He is very respectful, professional, and highly knowledgeable of my reasons for seeing him. I highly recommend the office as a whole but I would definitely recommend Dr. Haque to anyone I talk to about my issues and what he has done for me. Dr. Haque is amazing and I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done to help me. Thank you Dr. Haque 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Dr Hadi is a fine physician and a fine person. I wouldn’t hesitate to see him if you have pain mgmt needs.

I’ve been under Dr Hadi’s care for almost 2 years and he’s been a great help to me. He is always accommodating to squeeze me in earlier when needed.

Dr Hadi has vast medical knowledge past pain mgmt but is humble about it. He is a sympathetic and supportive Dr. He doesn’t belittle my pain or placate me rather than remediate and provide relief.

Dr Hadi is not a pill pusher nor a roll over to prescribe pain pills. He provides interventional procedures in house and is very well skilled.

I’m grateful to have found him and be under his care.

I can’t even begin to put into words just how much Dr. Hadi has helped me over the years. He is an amazing doctor who actually listens to you, talks it over and finds the absolute best way to handle whatever pain it is you’re struggling with. I myself have a chronic autoimmune disease (Lyme) as well as serious neck injuries and with the help of Dr. Hadi, I’m able to at least live a somewhat normal life again, without having to be in constant pain and agony. Excellent Doctor and the entire staff that works in the office is amazing as well!!! I highly recommend Dr.Hadi to anyone who struggles with chronic pain. He truly is an amazing person and doctor! 🥰

I can’t thank Dr. Hadi and his office for all they do for me. I have back issues and Dr. Hadi has used several different modalities to treat my problems. He is kind, caring and compassionate ... he always takes the time to listen and knows exactly what I need to help with my medical issues. During the different procedures or injections Dr. Hadi has completed, he explains everything he doing so I know exactly what to expect. Besides his calm, caring demeanor; hands down gives the best injections.. He tells me what to expect afterwards and answers all my questions. The office staff are kind and friendly. Dr. Hadi and his office enhance the quality of my life and I am grateful for all they do to help me.

Dr Hadi was recommended by a close friend of mine. I have been going to him for the past 7 months and I have to say he is an amazing doctor. I have had severe issues with my jaw bone (no cartilage), the pain was excruciating. Also I have discs that are herniated, tons of lower back pain that I barely can function. I have been getting shots in my jaw and back that has been helping me out a lot. He is a very compassionate doctor and cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr Hadi.

I found this place on yelp by carefully reading the reviews and they were all great, so I decided to give it a shot. Ive been to many dentists and I have to say that this place is very organized and maticulous with their work. The front desk (Pilar) validates parking and they give a couple reminders so you remember your appointment. The Hygenist is great as well. She gave me the most deep cleaning I ever had, it was the best Ive had. Dr. Sheng went through all my teeth and since I have a lot of work to do she gave me an analysis and to not overwhelm me, she created a dental plan where we would work on a couple teeth at a time. After every appointment Ive had, she calls at the end of the day to check on me and make sure everything is ok. The office is very clean and definitely professional. I highly recommend.

I was so happy with my experience at Dr. Sheng's office. Unfortunately I do not have dental insurance and so I have been searching for an office with good, quality service at an affordable price without all the upsale. I'm so glad I finally found the perfect place! Dr. Sheng is open and honest but also very direct and kind. For $129 I received nearly 3 hours of service including, complete x-rays, doctor consultation and conversation about my dental health, a thorough cleaning, and added treatment for gingivitis. Everyone at this office is professional, kind and enjoys their job. It is a small office and there are no frills, but the atmosphere is comfortable and the service is top notch. Make sure you use the valet parking in the building which the office validates, otherwise parking in this area is insane (especially with all the construction).

Friendly cabinet and very professional! I go there for many years.The place is very clean. Recently I had to replace a porcelain tooth and the first time with Dr Yuchen, she did an amazing job. The temporary tooth she made looks better than the original one. She was very precise and we finished in under 2 hours. I was impressed. I also go for cleaning 3-4 times a year there and I'm very happy with the hygienist lady. Also the front desk lady she's very nice and helpful! I recommend this cabinet!

I had a very bad experience with one dentist before, since then I was very skeptical to the idea of going to see a dentist especially I recently moved to Miami and did not know where to go. A friend of mine recommended dentist Adam Carson and I have to say that they are doing an awesome job. From the appointment over the phone, the dentist's assistant, the waiting time ( very punctual ), the price and dentist himself, I am very happy with the service. They reassured me, show me what I have, what needs to be done, what will be the result and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them. Thank you !

I grew up loving the dentist and Dr. Carson did not disappoint. I am only mad that I didn't find his practice sooner. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean office, great location and free parking. I have not had to wait more than a few minutes. It is a tranquil, peaceful experience. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for a great dentist in Miami Beach.

I have visited Dr. Garofalo’s office multiple times. Each time has been a 5 star experience.

Dr. Garofalo is extremely kind, has an outstanding bedside manner and you get the great feeling that he genuinely cares for your well being.

This last visit on 8/29/2022 was for a routine cleaning, my hygienist’s name was Anna, she was fantastic, she explained what she would be doing step by step, was very gentle in her approach and very communicative. Anna also was helpful in pointing me in the right direction for my next steps for my dental care.

I will be returning to Dr. Garofalo again in the future for my dental care and will request Anna to be my hygienist.

Dr. Garofalo and his team are fantastic! This review has been a long time coming, but I wanted to share. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone seeking quality dental care. Dr. G is so kind, caring, friendly, honest and professional. He and his staff provide exceptional and thorough care. I appreciate his approach, as he provides individualized care and monitors any situation that arises, and he and the dental hygienists communicate anything that needs to be addressed. He does not push unnecessary procedures on patients. He truly cares about his patients. And the dental hygienists I've seen over the years are also excellent. I've seen Lindsey and Beth, and both have been so kind, caring, honest, professional, and friendly. They make a trip to the dentist's office more than just a trip to the doctor, and they put you at ease during cleanings. In addition, Jackie and the team in the front office are so kind and friendly, and very helpful in answering any questions and booking appointments. I'm very grateful for this medical team. And I'm not alone- my parents are also Dr. G's patients and they love him. He's so patient and has helped my mom with several dental issues - including an emergency situation. If every medical professional and their teams treated patients with the kindness and compassion this doctor / practice does, then people would be more willing to seek out proper medical care. I really don't know if there is a family that loses more crowns, cracks more teeth, or has kids that come in for two days unscheduled that need a cleaning- but we are that family! That being said, Dr. Garofalo and his incredible staff always find a way to fit us in or sneak a look until another appointment can be made to follow up. Dr. Garofalo is caring, funny, and extremely thorough. He has caught small problems that could go either way, and he was always right. The office staff is as amazing and helpful as any you could ever care to talk to, and they will do anything they can to work you in when there is a problem. We are really grateful for everyone there! We are long-time patients of Dr. Aten (for close to 20 years) and I think that in itself says a lot about Dr. Aten! Everyone over the years have been welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. On the business side, Cindy and Jackie provide the very best in "customer service" besides just being delightful to know. Lyndsey is the best dental hygienist, highly skilled and always patiently answers my many questions! Dr. Aten is outstanding in her field but aside from her amazing skill as a dentist, I love her compassion in supporting non-profits/causes with her team and her commitment to team building. I have been a patient of Dr. Garofalo for over 8 years now, since moving to NC from Ireland. From the very first time I walked into the offices in 2014 everyone has been so lovely, so friendly and so professional. The lovely Jackie on the front desk always has a smile and a welcome waiting, the hygienists are amazing (Anna rocks!) as are the office staff. Dr. Garofalo is the best, he (and his staff) immediately put me at ease from that very first visit and continues to do so. I can't say enough about Dr. Garofalo! I have been seeing him for over 8 years now and he is so professional yet like working with a friend. I'm a big baby and he is gentle and patient. Always making sure you are comfortable. I had an emergency with a crown falling out late at night the day before leaving for a vacation out of the country and he returned my late night text. Got me in the next morning to repair it before my flight. The entire office is so clean, friendly and professional ? . Definitely would recommend him and their practice.

I highly recommend this dental practice. The care, compassion and detail are all top notch. The office is very professional and all employees are very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. My dental hygienist is thoughtful, caring and attentive to all my dental needs. I never feel rushed and everything is always explained well to me. Dr. Aten is the best. Best dentist's office I've ever been to. Everyone is friendly, you can see their smiles through their masks, and they are up-to-snuff on dentist tech that reassures everyone that no instruments of torture are used.

I’ve been coming to Aten + Garofalo for more than 10 years and the service and dentistry is top notch. Dr. Garofalo takes a genuine interest in making sure I have the best possible outcome. When I experienced severe dental pain over the weekend he made himself available, called in prescriptions and personally followed up with me the next day. Even the front desk staff goes above and beyond. I reached out via text with a dental emergency on Sunday afternoon and Randi responded within 30 mins and had me scheduled for Monday morning. Love being part of a practice that takes such good care of their patients!

I had two of my grown up teeth knocked out by a stick and my original dentist wouldn’t take me in but luckily Mrs. Beth helped me. She called in and no one was at work that day and the power was out. Dr. Aten came in special and took me in for a look and got me fixed up. Ever since that day we’ve come and they have taken much care of me. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office today. I’m a new patient for Aten & Garofalo dentistry and was referred by a coworker. Going to the dentist has always made me squeamish and a bit fearful, but my dental hygienist Kayla was so kind, warm and reassuring that I knew I was in good hands. She gave me thorough details about my teeth and gum health and spent a lot of time teaching me about how I can better improve my dental hygiene at home. I met Dr. Aten towards the end of my appointment and she was just as thorough and attentive as Kayla. For the first time ever, I left a dentist appointment feeling EXCITED to care for my teeth. I have never dealt with a more professional staff. From the phone calls/texts to rescheduling due to my crazy work schedule, they are ALWAYS pleasant and accommodating. Every visit I am treated like a friend rather than a client/patient. From my first visit years ago, they’ve gained and continued to earn my trust. I have been through some tough dental visits in the past and coming to Dr. Garofalo has eased my nerves and allowed going to the dentist to be something I no longer fear. The only way I’d switch dentists is if I moved out of the area so if you’re in the market for a new dentist, put Dr. Garofalo at the top of the list and give him a visit sooner rather than later.

There was no wait time when I arrived for my appointment, and Beth, my hygienist, was skilled and very pleasant to see during the visit. All procedures and steps were explained as necessary. Just had another check-up/cleaning experience with Aten & Garofalo and I rate the experience A+! The offices are very nice and professional but not overdone. The staff were excellent from reception, to my awesome hygienist Anna, to Dr. Aten! The services were done very professionally but they also respected my time and they were very efficient. I highly recommend them in the Ballantyne area!

I’m not a huge fan of visiting the dentist (who really is though?), but everyone from start to finish made my entire experience more enjoyable. I appreciate the kindness and willing to explain procedures in detail as they were happening. It was really nice to have my concerns addressed and to be treated so well. It really helped ease my anxiety.
I have appointments in the future and feel more comfortable knowing I am in really great hands and being take care of.

I've now had three visits with Dr. Aten and her assistant and hygenist and they are an excellent group. Every single thing about my experiences have been positive (and I DO NOT like anything about going to the dentist) - they take pride in their work, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are reasonable with pricing. My husband and I had moved from Louisiana to Charlotte and were in search of a good dental practice. My daughter recommended Aten & Garofalo so I booked an appointment. The first visit was very thorough in terms of history, medications, etc. The staff was very friendly, my hygienist Kayla was terrific, and Dr. Aten was so nice and friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

My husband and I had to find a new dentist after moving from out-of-state, and my daughter recommended this practice because she and her toddler son like Dr. Aten and her staff so much. My husband needed emergency treatment and he was accommodated quickly and very satisfactorily by Dr. Aten and Lyndsey. Cindy discussed the projected costs with him and told him what was covered by insurance. I recently needed to have a chipped upper front tooth repaired. Cindy reviewed my coverage with me and there were no surprises. Dr. Aten and Katrina chose the perfect color filler and quickly had my tooth looking like nothing was ever wrong with it. The staff are all personable and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

Dr. Garofalo and his team truly care about you and your teeth health! He listens to your concerns and explains everything before, during and after your dental work. He is passionate about oral health, honest and kind as is his staff. Dr. Garofalo treats your teeth as if they are his own and makes sure that not only does everything feel right once the work is completed but that your teeth also look amazing once the work is completed (even the ones way back in your mouth that will never be seen). He is a Picasso of teeth! I highly recommend him as I went to three other dentists prior to finding him as none of the others had the level of care, passion, or honesty that he does. You and your teeth will be in great hands here!

I had a crown prep today which was the first procedure other than cleaning that I have had done in this office. It went very well. I do not take Novocain and the procedure was painless. This is my 9th crown and I have never had the temporary fit so well. Dr. Aten and Katrina, her dental assistant, were a great team. I highly recommend Dr. Aten. the whole office staff is wonderful.

I have been seeing Dr Aten for about 25 years now. This is even though it is a long drive from Concord to the Toringdon area. This whole time I have been pleased with the care, treatment and professionalism of Dr. Aten and the entire staff. This is very consistent in this day and time.

I could not be happier with every single procedure I've had done at Aten and Garofalo. Dr Aten is gentle and so informative....she explains everything she is doing and is so aware of her patients having no pain! The entire staff is so welcoming and helpful and the best word I can use to describe everyone is 'caring.' I have recommended this office to anyone and everyone and will continue to do so!! I’ve had simple procedures from cavaliers filled to crowns and veneers. For root canals and extraction I was referred to specialists that were also top notch….and I come from a dental family!

The front office staff is very welcoming and do a great job of providing an explanation of benefits. The assistants, hygienists, and dentists have consistently provided me with a comforting experience. The office in general has been very efficient and timely with a variety of procedures. Front office extremely rude , Tara and Tassa were unprofessional and condescending and arrogant . They are very pushy and aggressive , last time they wanted to charge my wife $25 for not wearing a mask. Poor communication skills. I would not recommend anyone to make appointments . do yourselves a favor and stay away from Nexus Dental.
By the way, I have read so many bad reviews about Tara, same complaint, why is she still working for this office, that shows that the owner couldn't care less about reviews or patients

The most bizarre experience I've had at a dentist.
I went in for an initial exam at a new dentist because my insurance had changed.
I had requested Dr Patel as he seemed to be an experienced dentist and was authorized by my insurance.
Nexus instead swapped in a dentist only licensed in 2020 when I came in, without my consent.
After the exam, a tech told me that their hygienist had quit last year and the dentists are doing the cleanings.
Well, alright.
I complained about the unauthorized switch to a relatively inexperienced dentist and took a photo of the certificates on the wall since I'd never heard of the new dentist.

A day before my scheduled cleaning with Patel, Nexus called and canceled my cleaning and did not allow me to reschedule, refusing to give a reason despite my asking multiple times.
Guess I avoided further surprise but that was a first!

Highly recommend this place, especially for new clients. It was my first time at this office after being afraid of the dentist for years! I was greeted with warm smiles and laughter! I was never made to feel uncomfortable or frowned upon because of my fear and lack of dental maintenance. Despite Covid - I felt comfortable from the time I pulled up and a staff member was waiting for me at the door to be screened to the time I had a very honest financial conversation with the office manager when leaving. HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE/BILLING. Extremely rude up front. Tara made me feel terrible as a patient and were not only condescending but unprofessional. I would warn patients that when you believe you are paying in full at the time of service, on multiple occasions that is not the case and because I had a less than $50 balance, they treated me differently and all decency went out the window.

I simply can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience I had with Dr. Patel. All of the staff including the front desk receptionist were so patient, friendly, and made me feel so welcome and comfortable from beginning to end. I am someone who has only gone to the dentist a few times throughout my life because I have such a big fear and anxiety surrounding dentists . Dr. Patel was so thorough and made me feel at ease about all of my insecurities and worries regarding my dental health. I can't say enough about the team at Nexus. I had two crowns I knew I needed before I walked in. Dr Patel was able to get them both done during my visit and it was less than other offices. I've had the crowns for 2 months and they look and feel great. The hygienist was thorough and found my issues without me having to tell her. I certainly misjudged the 5 star rating! I had taken someone here for an appointment, as I waited in the lobby.. I could hear her scream in pain, I approached the older lady at the front desk with concerns, she simply stated "she's fine" to only find out later- this was not the case! Maybe I was misjudged also considering... I had came there directly from work... The dentist who had performed the extraction was told that the area was not numb, this was disregarded and the extraction was performed without concern.
I work extremely hard to afford- what I felt was top of the line care based on the (unworthy) 5 star rating this company holds... If I could give this facility a lower rating based on professionalism, bed side manner, follow up, etc..., I would most certainly carry this further, specifically for the unethical, immoral treatment given by 'Nicole Manigault' as well as the lady at the front desk. NEVER in my life have I been so angry over the lack of compassion from the very people one would expect better from. I'm also going to express my legitimate concerns to the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners for the unethical treatment by the above named dentist.. who clearly should not be trusted with the care of any patient that walks in this facility!!!!

I had an excellent experience here. I was able to be seen quickly for an emergency appointment. I had a wisdom tooth and the neighboring tooth extracted. The procedure was painless and thorough. There was little to no pain afterwards thanks to the skilled hands of the dentist. Communication before the appointment and during the visit was excellent, as well as the dentist calling a couple days later to follow up on any pain or concerns I may have had. I would absolutely recommend this practice!

Dr. Manigault and her staff make going to the dentist a fun experience - she and her staff are always upbeat and friendly. Even if you are facing a somewhat painful procedure, they make it as painless as possible with much care. They are all competent in their jobs and take the time to make sure the job is done right and to answer all your questions.

My experience at Dr. Manigault office is the best experience I have ever had in a dentist's chair. I gladly drive 40 miles for the quality of care they render - when I could go to a dentist located less than a mile from my house.

During the pandemic my 7 year old son started complaining his tooth hurt. I called several dentists and was told " we aren't accepting new patients. It wasn't until I called this office and explained my situation to the lady that answered the call. She took my name and number and said she would give it to the dentist. She was very concerned and compassionate about what was going on with my son. Later the same day I received a call from Jim Harrell and he did everything in his power to help my son feel better. I recommend him to all my friends and family. I am also using him for all my and my family's dental needs.

Dr. Robinson is fantastic! My fourth child begged me not to go back to our existing orthodontist for phase 2 of his treatment. So I scheduled evaluations with three other orthodontist and let my son choose. He chose Dr. Robinson. I’m so glad he did.

Dr. Robinson treated my forth and fifth child. Their teeth are straighter and their bites are much better than my first three children under a different orthodontist. Arguably, my last two children had even more complex issues to resolve.

Dr. Robinson treated my children like his children. My fifth child needed a second open heart surgery. Dr. Robinson looked at me and said he wanted to take her braces off. He didn’t want her to have to deal with caring for her braces while recovering from surgery. He would put the braces back on at no charge when she was recovered. It was more than a year before she was ready. He was clearly looking out for my daughters health and safety. Taking her braces off was not something I even considered or requested. But it was definitely easier on her.

If you are looking for an orthodontist that has both skill and compassion, it is Dr. Robinson. His staff is pleasant and his assistants are gentle as well. We definitely had to drive further to see Dr. Robinson, but it was well worth the extra mileage to receive treatment from him. A big thank you to him and everyone in his office!

Dr. Robinson and his staff are THE BEST at what they do! My daughter had 2 different phases of braces with much work to do. There was NEVER a time when we didn’t receive personal attention, time to ask questions, and friendly faces helping to comfort my daughter throughout the process. Dr. Robinson goes above and beyond to know his patients. He always asks about Rayna’s Irish Dance competitions and cares about her overall life. I love that the staff and Dr. Robinson are always smiling and positive. They each have a great sense of humor which truly helps when little ones are having braces put on or tightened:) My daughter was in 3rd grade when she had her first phase done—so still little. They put her comfort as top priority. In fact, her teeth moved so much the first week braces were put on that the wire started coming out of the back end and was making a large ulcer on her cheek—it was Christmas Eve and Dr. Robinson met us in the parking lot to fix it even though the office was closed that day! He did not want her in pain over Christmas. That speaks volumes to the kind of person he is! He was always that way…even last August on my daughter’s LAST DAY of PHASE 2 braces, Dr. Robinson came to the rescue! Dr. R was on vacation playing golf in the mountains so the other doctor was going to take Rayna’s braces off that day. We got a text as soon as we pulled in the parking lot that the doctor taking her braces off would not be able to come in that day because he had Covid. My daughter was in tears, but as soon as we stepped into the office, the crew notified us that Dr. Robinson had left his mountain vacation at 6am that morning , and was racing down the mountain to make it to the office in time to take Rayna’s braces off! I am telling you, there is no other place that has ever provided us with that kind of service and care! We are very pleased with her beautiful smile, and have Dr. Robinson and his fantastic team to thank! We will always be grateful. Y’all are the ROCKSTARS of ORTHODONTICS!

When we knew that our daughter was going to need braces, we visited Dr. Bernstein. He was straightforward about her care plan, the costs, and the timing. What we discovered is that he and his staff would become like family to us very quickly. This office is warm and welcoming, a place of calm in the otherwise hectic tween years. Because of COVID, my treatment went a little longer than I had expected. As soon as I could come back in, we finished the braces as quickly as possible. Overall, the braces were quick and easy, and never too much trouble to deal with.

Had the best experience here! Dr. Bernstein was so helpful from the very beginning. I could tell he genuinely cared about getting me the best results and felt like he was always taking the time to listen to me. Bernstein Orthodontics had such friendly and helpful staff, Dr. Bernstein made me feel safe and confident in my decisions, they charged fair prices for Invisalign, and offered so much support and guidance to get me to straight teeth before my wedding - so far as trying braces for 6 weeks! I was thrilled with my teeth for my wedding and they've kept getting better. They also went above and beyond to ship my final sets of Invisalign trays when I moved states and helped me find a local orthodontist to continue my program!!

Great group. I love this place. Everybody is so nice, friendly and professional. After almost 3 years of treatment, my teeth look great. Emily is awesome, she is very gentle and patient working on my teeth. I would recommend this orthodontic for everyone, especially if you have kids. You know how kids tend to be afraid of dentists or orthodontists, but I’m sure you can’t find anything wrong with this place. You cannot find a better orthodontic practice than this in Cary! Very conservative approach to your child’s correction plan…when many would have suggested for our older son to have two sets of braces or jaw surgery - they said “wait and see”. We did and he did not have to endure a painful surgery and we didn’t waste thousands by just putting on one set of braces for a slightly longer time (over two sets which is often not necessary)! Both our sons have had treatment here - super friendly/professional staff and doctors, they get it done and know how to communicate with teens especially!

I have been going to DR Z for 5 years and he is amazing at what he does! The treatments that I received have been top notch! One of my fillings fell out recently and the office was able to quickly accommodate my needs. The staff is also friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Locust Family Dentistry!

Have you ever been to a dentist where you feel like you have 5 seconds to explain what is bothering you? That’s not the case here. Dr Z and Dr Max are here to listen to you and advise with the best possible treatment options. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Dr Max took his time to do my fillings and I forgot what pain/sensitivity is. Furthermore, they have very friendly and hardworking team which makes all the procedures go smooth.

I have been coming to Locust Family Dentistry for about 2 years now.
I'm very please with the staff, and Dr. Z
for the comfort I feel when I'm there.
I'm a self employed client that doesn't have health coverage, and have been paying for dental work out of my pocket.
Dr, Z has been extremely helpful when it comes to the cost of my dental care. Since I'm uninsured, and paying for this at my own cost, I recently found out that Dr Z. offers 20% discount for clients that don't have any health care.
I would recommend Locust Family Dentistry to anyone, and everyone that pursues having any dental work performed.

Dr Z is like one of my sons. When he done his residency at now Atrium Health dentistry department a lot of the patients admired him with his great as they would say bedside mannerism. His work has always been over fantastic and I got to try him out in private practice still the seem great man. I had several old filling in my mouth recently one dentist wanted to pull the tooth but Dr. Z saved them and now I can eat. Just love me some Dr. Z and his staff is very very friendly. I come from Charlotte with all these other dentist just for the peace of knowing I got the BEST.

I had a filling come out and went to another dentist. They told me they could not help me. I then called the locust dentist and with very short notice they have told me to come in. Sydney and doctor z Immediately helped me in my time of need. I would recommend this dentist office to the maximum. They were amazing. They also did the job super fast and Efficient.

Absolutely LOVE this dentist office! It’s taken me a while to really find a dentist I actually feel comfortable going to. Dr Z knows what he’s doing, the experience was pain free, and he works with you to deliver the best results possible! Trixie was also super friendly and a great assistant in my procedures; I really enjoyed talking to her! As a man Dr. Z and Dr. Max made me feel like one of the guys as soon as we met we were laughing. Just on how they treat you alone swayed me, I’m 225lb and full of tattoos and yes I’m kinda terrified of dentist and act according. Along with the amazing Dr’s they have such a caring personal staff that pays so much attention to detail.I recently had a root canal and I’m sure I rated the month or years worst patience but they are so patience with the customer. I had another dentist and will still use him some but based on how good locust family dentistry treated me and made me feel such as home and always welcomed was enough in itself to keep my business split .

This office is amazing!! The staff is so nice and caring. I was very nervous about getting a tooth pulled and would have preferred to be asleep for this procedure but they only use novacaine but they reassured me and made me feel at ease. I ended up having 2 teeth pulled and Dr. Zeitouni was very nice and even called me at home that same day before he left the office to check on me and make sure I was doing ok! That phone call means so much when you aren't use to a dentist going that extra mile for his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any type of dental needs.

I had a major filling performed on my molar.
The Doctor and his assistant were professional, efficient, and cordial during my procedure .
The procedure didn't take long at all. The injection
to numb the area was completely painless. The procedure itself was completely comfortable and pain free. My instructions for post procedural care of the tooth were explained well. I must say that I like seeing the closeup photography of my tooth upon completion. I can't say enough about my experience!
The service provided was premium !

I had a wonderful first visit with Dr Z and staff recently. Unfortunately I had a root canal procedure and as most people know even the term will send chills down your spine. This entire practice is top notch from Dr. Z to reception to hygienist, to Dental Assistant. They care, they are friendly and they are all about service and satisfaction. I had a chipped tooth and Dr. Z examined it and did it that same minute even though I did not have the procedure scheduled. We are moving into the Locust area in 2 weeks and my husband had a broken tooth. We were able to get in to see the dentist and rec'd a appointment very quickly. The staff was very friendly and considerate of my hubby due to his having dementia. Hubby said he was told everything they were going to do and he also liked the dentist. He wants to keep him as we will be living very close to the office. I, also, decided I will go there also.

I highly recommend Dr. Z and his entire team. I switched to them after a bad experience at my previous dentist in Midland, and I was very glad I did. Dr. Z put in a crown on a molar for me (never had a crown before) and put me at ease every step of the way (including an x-ray at no charge just for my reassurance). I'm moving out of state soon, and I'll miss Dr. Z and his team.
They have set a high standard for my new dentist to meet!

I was treated with great respect and kindness. The assistant Sydney and the doctor were very pleasant to speak to and clearly explained everything they were doing. The doctor was so gentle I didn't even feel the needle going in to the area of my mouth. Other then feeling normal pressure in my mouth from what was being done I felt no striking pain as I have in the past. I look forward to my next up coming appointment.
