Dr. Robinson is fantastic! My fourth child begged me not to go back to our existing orthodontist for phase 2 of his treatment. So I scheduled evaluations with three other orthodontist and let my son choose. He chose Dr. Robinson. I’m so glad he did. Dr. Robinson treated my forth and fifth child. Their teeth are straighter and their bites are much better than my first three children under a different orthodontist. Arguably, my last two children had even more complex issues to resolve. Dr. Robinson treated my children like his children. My fifth child needed a second open heart surgery. Dr. Robinson looked at me and said he wanted to take her braces off. He didn’t want her to have to deal with caring for her braces while recovering from surgery. He would put the braces back on at no charge when she was recovered. It was more than a year before she was ready. He was clearly looking out for my daughters health and safety. Taking her braces off was not something I even considered or requested. But it was definitely easier on her. If you are looking for an orthodontist that has both skill and compassion, it is Dr. Robinson. His staff is pleasant and his assistants are gentle as well. We definitely had to drive further to see Dr. Robinson, but it was well worth the extra mileage to receive treatment from him. A big thank you to him and everyone in his office!

Both of my daughters enjoyed having their braces done at Robinson Orthodontics. Dr. Robinson and his team were always very compassionate and informative about their progress. I 100% recommend Robinson Orthodontics to anyone who is looking for a new and improved smile!

I enjoyed Robinson Orthodontics. Dr. Robinson is the nicest and friendliest orthodontic. I will refer him to anyone, the staff is great. if you want to get braces and have a pleasant experience make sure you go to Robinson Orthodontics and make sure you ask for Dr. Wesley Robinson, he is the best. if I had to do it all over again I would definitely make sure I choose him located in Mint Hill. He have other locations as well but just make sure if you choose his other location you choose Dr. Wesley Robinson. I couldn't ask for a better orthodontic center, couldn't ask for better care, and couldn't ask for better staffs.

Dr. Robinson and his staff are THE BEST at what they do! My daughter had 2 different phases of braces with much work to do. There was NEVER a time when we didn’t receive personal attention, time to ask questions, and friendly faces helping to comfort my daughter throughout the process. Dr. Robinson goes above and beyond to know his patients. He always asks about Rayna’s Irish Dance competitions and cares about her overall life. I love that the staff and Dr. Robinson are always smiling and positive. They each have a great sense of humor which truly helps when little ones are having braces put on or tightened:) My daughter was in 3rd grade when she had her first phase done—so still little. They put her comfort as top priority. In fact, her teeth moved so much the first week braces were put on that the wire started coming out of the back end and was making a large ulcer on her cheek—it was Christmas Eve and Dr. Robinson met us in the parking lot to fix it even though the office was closed that day! He did not want her in pain over Christmas. That speaks volumes to the kind of person he is! He was always that way…even last August on my daughter’s LAST DAY of PHASE 2 braces, Dr. Robinson came to the rescue! Dr. R was on vacation playing golf in the mountains so the other doctor was going to take Rayna’s braces off that day. We got a text as soon as we pulled in the parking lot that the doctor taking her braces off would not be able to come in that day because he had Covid. My daughter was in tears, but as soon as we stepped into the office, the crew notified us that Dr. Robinson had left his mountain vacation at 6am that morning , and was racing down the mountain to make it to the office in time to take Rayna’s braces off! I am telling you, there is no other place that has ever provided us with that kind of service and care! We are very pleased with her beautiful smile, and have Dr. Robinson and his fantastic team to thank! We will always be grateful. Y’all are the ROCKSTARS of ORTHODONTICS!

Dr. Robinson and staff have created four amazing smiles in our family. Not only is he the best orthodontist around, he cares about each one of his patients. He goes the extra mile for each patient. When we had questions he would take time to answer and make sure we were fully cared for. He sees you not just your teeth. I would recommend his practice to anyone who is looking to enhance a smile.

Our daughter, Reagan just finished treatment with Dr. Robinson and his team.We had a fantastic experience! Love him! Dr. Robinson is an amazing orthodontist- he does a great job explaining the treatment and the progress of it. I am sad to say that our time with Dr. Robinson has ended. My second child got her braces off today and she is so happy with the results! We have been patients for 5 years total between 2 kids, and left with 2 beautiful smiles! Dr. Robinson and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and treat you like part of a family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Hands down the best experience ever!!

Dr. Robinson and his staff are great!! Mint Hill is a better place for having such a fantastic orthodontist in town. I feel completely comfortable letting my child walk into the office by himself because I know he will be safe and well taken care of during each visit. My two daughters have both been to Dr. Robinson and their smiles speak for themselves! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. From the ladies at front desk with their help and ease of making appointments and answering any business questions to the assistants in the back as the girls always made my girls feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Robinson takes the time to explain everything and give you 100% of his attention every time. I also love that fact that Dr. Robinson gives back to the community! Donating everything from PE uniforms to Field day apparel and the list goes on. Just an all around a great guy! I would not go anywhere else for our families Orthodontic care and look forward to our son initiating treatment in the near future.

How many words am I allowed to tell you just how amazing, warm, welcoming and professional this office and the entire staff is??!! Dr. Robinson and his team are top notch! From the moment you walk in the door you’ll realize you are in a very special place. Yes, everyone is nice, makes you feel good and the ice cream is delicious but don’t forget the medical aspect and important orthodontia work they are doing and the smiles they are perfecting everyday!! Both of my boys had off the charts experiences here! The hardest, saddest part is leaving after your last appointment but you’ll be leaving with a fantastic smile! Not all orthodontists are the same and Dr. Robinson stands out. He and his staff are amazing!! From the moment you walk in the front door until you walk back out every person you encounter goes out of their way to be welcoming and kind, taking an interest in their patients and their families. Dr. Robinson and his team are warm, friendly, and very professional! They earned our complete trust by always thoroughly explaining our options. The office is beautiful, with amenities like video games and sugar-free ice cream that our kids love. When COVID hit, they immediately established strict safety protocols that gave us peace of mind. A couple years ago, we moved quite a bit farther away but never considered going anywhere else. Highly recommend Robinson Orthodontics!!

We love Robinson Orthodontics! It’s not a quick drive for us, but we won’t go anywhere else because of their amazing customer service! From the sweet friendly faces as you check in, to Dr Robinson and his assistants, it’s the best experience for my daughter (and us as parents!) I love that when my child is done she is walked out OR checked out with a thorough review of what happened in the appt and what is going on. And she loves going because everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere of the office is fantastic, and they do extra special touches like choosing colored bands or even ice cream! We highly recommend using this practice! My son will be going there soon ?

Dr. Robinson is a North Carolina native, graduating from North Carolina State University with his Bachelor of Science degree, and earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine with honors from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, Dr. Robinson won numerous awards, including the Quintessence Biological award, US Army Health Professions Scholarship award and was elected into the prestigious honorary dental fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He went on to further his dental education by accepting an orthodontic residency position at Oregon Health Sciences University.
